THE FINANCIAL TIMES published materials that contain false information about Russia!!!
While confirming the negotiations between Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, ambassadors of EU member states and European Union Ambassador to Russia on February 8, 2017, we would like to inform the Financial Times that during the meeting the Russian side did not suggest that the EU “provide Syria with tens of billions of dollars for reconstruction.” Unfortunately, Financial Times never contacted the Foreign Ministry for a comment on this prior to publication.

О ВЫДЕЛЕНИИ СРЕДСТВ НА ВОССТАНОВЛЕНИЕ СИРИИ
Подтверждая факт переговоров заместителя Министра иностранных дел М.Л.Богданова с главами дипмиссий стран-членов ЕС и руководителем Представительства ЕС в Москве 8 февраля с.г., хотели бы обратить внимание Financial Times на то, что российская сторона в ходе встречи не озвучивала никаких предложений в адрес ЕС о «выделении десятков миллиардов долларов на послевоенное восстановление Сирии». К сожалению, за подтверждением сотрудники Financial Times в МИД при подготовке публикации не обращались.
